The grinder in this set also serves as the mixer’s electric drive, eliminating the need to mix the mixture by hand. The set allows you to grind meat and then mix it evenly with spices, fat, and other ingredients.

The mixer has a capacity of approximately 13–16 kg of meat and is equipped with a tilting bowl that makes it easy to empty the finished mixture. The mixer can also be used separately with a hand crank as needed. The electric grinder has a capacity of up to 150 kg of meat per hour.
