What about the warranty?
We provide a 12-month warranty on spare parts for all goods. We sell exclusively to companies and entrepreneurs with a valid company ID (IČO).
When will the goods arrive?
Delivery depends on stock availability:
- In stock – ready to ship immediately: usually 1–3 working days
- In stock – typically within 6–10 working days (goods are located in a central warehouse)
- Currently unavailable / made-to-order: we will inform you about availability or restocking dates
The exact delivery time is always stated with the product or confirmed after placing the order.
Do you offer installment payments?
Yes, in most cases installment payments are available, especially for businesses. You can select this option when choosing the payment method during checkout.
Do you deliver to the premises including carrying and installation?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this service at the moment.
Do you offer wholesale cooperation?
Yes, we are happy to establish wholesale partnerships. We offer individual pricing, consulting, and project solutions.
Who is the manufacturer?
The manufacturer is always listed with each specific product. We cooperate with verified global suppliers.
Is it possible to purchase without a company ID (IČO)?
Unfortunately not. Purchases are only possible for companies and entrepreneurs with a valid company ID.
Where is personal pickup available?
Personal pickup is possible by prior arrangement at the following address:

Payment can be made in cash or by card upon pickup.
Will you take away non-functional equipment from the customer?
Yes, we can arrange removal of equipment by prior agreement.
Why can’t I enter my company ID (IČO)?
Please check:
- correct IČO format
- for Czech IČO: exactly 8 digits
- no spaces
- for foreign companies: correct European VAT ID format

Is it possible to view the goods before purchase (showroom)?
