Capacity depends on the specific model. For each product, we provide parameters such as:
- container volume
- number of portions or pieces
Is the device energy-efficient?
Yes, modern gastro equipment is designed with energy efficiency in mind, for example through better insulation, faster heating, and reduced heat loss.
How much space is needed around the device?
We recommend leaving:
- at least 5–10 cm from walls
- sufficient space for ventilation
- access for operation and possible servicing
How is the device cleaned?
Cleaning varies depending on the type of equipment and materials used. The device must always be disconnected from the power supply before cleaning.
How often is maintenance required?
Recommended maintenance depends on usage intensity, but generally:
- regular cleaning: daily
- thorough maintenance: weekly or depending on use
- service inspection: once per year
For machines connected to a water supply, proper water softening must be ensured.
What is the energy consumption?
Energy consumption (W/kW) is always specified in the technical parameters of each product.
Which products are suitable for stainless steel?
We recommend using:
- special stainless steel cleaning products
- soft cloths, ideally microfiber
We do not recommend using:
- abrasive sponges
- aggressive chemicals, especially those containing chlorine
How should cooling equipment be transported during personal pickup?
When transporting refrigerators, freezers, and display coolers, the appliances must be kept upright. Transporting them horizontally may damage the cooling system and shorten the lifespan of the equipment. If horizontal transport is unavoidable, we recommend leaving the appliance upright for at least 12–24 hours before switching it on.
