Rice cooker
Rice cookers are designed for preparing larger quantities of rice and are a practical part of Asian restaurant equipment. Electric rice cookers allow larger batches to be prepared and kept ready for service.
The current range includes three electric models with capacities of 5.4, 6.0 and 8.2 litres and power of up to 2.5 kW. The 5.4-litre model is suitable for approximately 15–30 portions, while selected models include a measuring cup and mixing accessories.
