Thanks to the double mixing shaft, the mixture is thoroughly mixed from multiple directions, ensuring that individual ingredients are incorporated evenly. The 30-liter bowl is suitable for processing approximately 20–25 kg of meat. The MM30 model is intended for manual operation only and cannot be connected to an electric grinder.
