Instructions for use
- Can be corrosive to metals
- Avoid contact with skin and eyes and prevent inhalation of vapors
- Drain the frying oil, close the drain tap and fill the deep fryer with clean water to the standard level
- 20 to 50g granules per liter of water (2 to 5%)
- Set a temperature of 95 °C, turn on the fryer and set 10 min to 30 min
- Allow the dirty solution to cool and drain and remove any residue with a soft cloth or kitchen paper
- Rinse twice with clear, hot water and allow to air dry
